Solutions

Cabling
Structured cabling systems provide the superhighway for good network and telephone communications. We can provide network audits, testing, advice, designs and installations for installations with few outlets to complete buildings and nation-wide cabling projects.

 

Servers
AISCORP specializes in the installation of IBM xSeries servers and storage area networks (SANs). We have installed single server solutions through to server farms comprising rack and blade servers.

 

Networking
AISCORP has advanced qualifications in network design and implementation. Our sites are fully documented.

 

VoIP
There is capacity for future use of technologies such as Voice over IP (VoIP), streaming video and video conferencing. All network components are VoIP compatible. Layer 3 switches provide the control to configure the network to support video.

 

Remote Access
Secure remote access is required by many sites. We use a Citrix product as it is the established global leader in providing secure, reliable application delivery infrastructure solutions. The Citrix Access Gateway product is the only SSL VPN to securely deliver any application with policy-based SmartAccess control. This appliance gives high security and secure web access to your site.


Disaster Recovery/Continuity
A two-tier backup and disaster recovery system provides fully managed ICT continuity.


VMware ESX servers can allow up to 16 servers on a dual processor machine. This simplifies backup and DR strategies as virtual machines are in essence just a series of files. They can be shut down and copied to a file share overnight and stored as a backup in the event of OS corruption server failure. Backups can be restored in minutes.


System Expansion
AISCORP assures provision for future expansion in server capacity and storage. Server specifications include generous memory, disk and processor resources.


Blade servers and virtualisation make the most of existing computing and network resources, and provide a platform that scales easily to support future growth.

We believe the role of account manager is essential. Every client has an account manager. The account manager manages the client’s and AISCORP’s expectations. A key role in AISCORP.

 

Support Desk
We maintain good relationships with customers through good service. Our Operations Manager is responsible for delivering excellent service to contracted customers.

 

We are committed to the providing “best practice” to service management and are working towards implementing ITIL. ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) is an integrated set of best-practice recommendations focusing on service management. ITIL covers many areas of service management such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management and the Service Desk. The set of practices are published (hence the “library”) and are trademarked by the United Kingdom’s Office of Government Commerce.

We use a web based call logging system giving AISCORP management, technicians and customers’ full visibility on managing issues. We deliver full web Based Support Desk via HelpLink.


HelpLINK is a help desk application fully linked to email and text messaging systems for fast notification of issues directly to our support staff. Support issues are quickly logged by clients over the web, and are efficiently managed through to resolution.


Access to HelpLINK is made from a standard web browser from anywhere in the world. You can log in from a web browser to log calls and track progress with existing requests for help.


A complete event-driven history is saved for every issue. Priorities are applied manually or automatically, to drive a completely customisable escalation procedure. Email is integrated for fast communication to and from the support desk. No call can be lost, ignored or deleted.

Systems’ Audits
AISCORP provides systems’ and network audits covering servers, cabling and switches and desktops. We can audit a customer’s existing service providers to ensure they are complying with best practice and delivering against service levels.

 

Implementation

A major part of our work is systems’ implementation. This is a part of our overall project methodology and is a result of an agreed requirements document (a Statement of Work), an approved architecture and cost.
