As New Zealand move into COVID Traffic Light Red, Aiscorp move to operation bubbles as part of our Business Continuity plan
At Aiscorp, we are serious about Business Continuity to maintain business operations to continue "business as usual" whenever disaster hits.
Our plan to maintain normal business operations as we tackle COVID is no different.
We have temporarily split our organisation into three teams during the COVID Red Traffic Light. These teams rotate through the office a team at a time and our staff only have in-person contact within their team.
For our visits to client sites and meetings we will wear face masks and maintain a minimum of 1-meter distance at all times.
We have provided our staff with the latest ASTM level-2 standard face masks and a P2/N95 mask for extra added protection against Omicon.
This is to reduce the likelihood that an Aiscorp staff member introduces Omicron to the whole company in the even of a major outbreak in Welllington and reduces the impact omicron has on Aiscorp's ability to provide IT services to our clients.
Our teams are already busy coming up with fun names for themselves, organising Microsoft Teams video meetings, pajama days and home baking rosters.
We will move back into our office slowly as we manage the Omicron outbreak.
In the meantime, call our office or email through to helpdesk as normal as we will see you back in the office soon enough!
Enjoy your day!
The national ITC Office based at the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) awarded the tender to Aiscorp, a Wellington-based IT solutions specialist, now its technology partner for the upgrade of its network infrastructure. Aiscorp was selected for a multitude of reasons including that the company had worked with the Government of Niue on a similar IT solutions rollout.
