Privacy Statement

As part of the provision of our services, Aiscorp will collect some personal and/or business information from you, including, but not limited to, the following information:

• Name;
• Contact information;
• Computer or network (if necessary); and
• Billing or purchase information (if necessary).

Aiscorp collects this information in order to contact you regarding your inquiry and in order to provide you with services. We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure encrypted location.

Any personal or business information collected will be kept confidential. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent, except where the information is required to be disclosed by law, or where it is necessary to be disclosed in order to carry out debt collection on amounts owed by you.

We keep your personal or business information for as long as necessary for its purpose at which point we destroy it by securely erasing all digital records of your personal information and securely destroying all physical records.

The Privacy Act 1993 provides you with the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
